Khaliah is a corporate trainer and coach. Her background is in people management and development within corporate organisations and local government. Experienced and trained in employment relations, recruitment processes, leadership and organisational development. Award winner for programme design with the NZATD and her coaching models are still used throughtout the country.

She has worked on multiple database consolidation projects where she led a team of trainers through technical training design. She has designed interactive training programmes and re-designed induction modules.

Doreen is an experienced professional with a successful background in project management, business management, training and software development.
Sound financial, planning and administration skills. Broad industry experience including IT, telecommunications, airlines, banking, local government, financial services, education and Iwi.

She is responsible for mapping out the projects and ensuring we have built in the correct budget and resource to achieve our outcomes.

i.am.me is a tiny portion of what she does as an individual consultant. She has many developments of her own which we source when needed.

Mitch sent this picture when he was asked for a photo, he has a sense of humour. We called his bluff and decided that it was accidental genius and used it anyway. His humour contributes greatly to the creative process and is welcomed when we are developing. His expertise in art direction and design is essential to the look, feel and delivery of our projects. His work with i.am.me is incorporated into the resources, media and building space for optimal audience engagement.

When he isn't consulting for i.am.me he works independently as spacial designer which he is extremely passionate about.
